No refunds or exchanges on custom orders.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and finalize all custom orders. Custom orders take between 2 to 4 weeks from time of deposit (+shipping time) to complete depending on the project. If customer is shipping fabric to be used please consider the shipping time required to arrive at Bee’s Nest.
