CREATE YOURSELF class policy
A registration form must be completed and submitted online for a student to be put on the class list. When registration is submitted an invoice will be sent to your email within 2 business days requesting payment in full. Payment in full must be received to secure the student’s space in class. Space is limited .
If you can payment via e-transfer is preferred. Visa and Mastercard also accepted.
The classes are small so your commitment and responsibility is important to make this program a success.
No Refunds
If students do not show up for class 100% of the cost is non-refundable.
Cancellation
If the class is cancelled by instructor due to insufficient registration an option for a full refund or credit towards a future class will be issued.
If you need to cancel full registration for the class a minimum 48 hrs notice is required before the start date of the class. The class is not refundable however 100% of the fee paid will be applied to a credit for a future class.
Credits
Credits are valid for 1 year from the date of class cancellation.
Missed Classes
If a class is missed due to inclement weather or illness a make up class will be provided. The make up class will be held at the home sewing studio Bee’s Nest Quilt & Sew in Stirling. The alternate date will be arranged with the instructor at a time convenient for both student and teacher. There is no extra fee for the make up class.
