THE CLASS POLICY 

Ontario HST is applied to class fees. Full payment is required upon registration. All purchases are non-refundable. Cancellations by customer must be done 72 hours in advance prior to the date of class to qualify for a transfer to another date or class. If you do not show up class fees will not be refunded or transferred. Transfers must be used within 12 months of original purchase. Classes may be cancelled and rescheduled if less than 2 students. If class is cancelled by Bee’s Nest, customer is entitled to a full refund or transfer of funds to another class.  When school or buses are cancelled due to weather conditions Bee’s Nest will cancel classes too. Updates will always be posted on social media and registered customers will be contacted directly regarding cancellations or changes to schedule.

If you are using your own machine for a class please make sure it is in good working order prior to arriving to class. Refunds and transfers will not be given if your machine is not working. If you would like me to have a look at your machine and prior to class and test it out call and book a time for a machine check-up fee: $10.  Your sewing machine / serger must be in good working order. Refunds will not be issued if you arrive to class with a machine in non-working order.
